Was here Saturday evening for dinner and had the best time. This restaurant is located in a Plaza, there is a parking lot but you have to time it right to get a parking spot lol. I was seated right away while waiting for the rest of my party to arrive. The server was attentive and checked up on me/us throughout the evening. The Thai iced tea was yummy, especially with the Boba as was the Jinro. It was my first time trying the green grape flavor but it won't be my last. The sushi and sashimi for 2 was more than enough for 2 people. The selections were all fresh, complimentary and tasty. I love that our dinner ended up being over 3 hours and not once did we feel rushed or forced to leave. The staff were all lovely, checking to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. This was my second time here and I have to say that I'll make an effort to come back and try more of their menu items. I had a great experience and highly recommend this location if you're in the neighborhood. They also have lunch special pricing. The interior is well lit, decorated beautifully and they have large screens with different sports shows, etc. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There is handicapped parking in the lot.

My favorite sushi restaurant, excellent food, good service most times, very clean! UPDATE...I visited on my birthday for early lunch on a Wednesday, we were a party of three, the restaurant was empty. we were the first, the young host refused to sit us in a booth, told it was reserved for large parties but the place was empty, she did not make an exception for my birthday or my 96 year old mom who loved watching the large TV close up. She very clearly told us to go somewhere else. I was shocked, so we did. I drove up a mile up to another lovely scenic Sushi place by the water. I was very disappointed more for my mom, it was disrespectful and hurtful to tell us to go somewhere else, we left the empty restaurant. I am not sure if I will go back to a place where I felt different. I wonder if I was of a particular nationality, I would have been given preference? Just a quick thought.

I'm a foodie and was recommended to try this place out. They did not disappoint! Everyone there were so warm and friendly! They even gave me some complimentary dishes after we chatted about photogenic yet also delicious foods! The fish were so fresh and flavorful. Each dish looked like they were prepared with care. From hot foods to the sushi ans sashimi, the flavors of everything was all amazing! All of these photos though were not all from one visit ( if you're wondering how I managed to stomach all of these)! My friends and I just happen to LOVE japanese and asian cuisines in general so I went back a few times with friends. That says how good this place is. You'll definitely end up wanting to come back for more!

Queens is really full of very nice restaurants and I will never get to dine at all of them. However, I was fortunate to be able to visit Hana Asian Bistro and I really was quite impressed.

They are located at a very small shopping center off the highway and the lot is somewhat cozy (there is more parking on lower level for those who are concerned about getting your car door dinged).

It looks quaint from the outside but once you step in, you think you were transported to a banquet hall. The interior is very spacious (to the point where you can run laps around hypothetically), containing more than ample seating for large parties, couples and individuals. Along the back wall there are special booth style seats that will let you know right away this is not your run-of-the-mill Asian take out restaurant. And when you enter you will probably notice the large screen televisions along the back wall that showcase of some of their food photos and some live tv. You have to see it for yourself. They recently did some renovation and the displays look awesome.

There is a fully stocked bar as you enter. They have a plethora of drink options including (alcoholic) signature cocktails, wine, beer, sake and soju as well as (non alcoholic) like soda, juice and bubble teas!

The food menu consist of Asian fusion options with some western influence. Not only do they have a full alcohol bar, they also have a sushi counter. The menu offers appetizers, classic rolls (raw and cooked), vegetarian options, specialty rolls (always a must order), sashimi, sushi bar entrees, hibachi style dinner (no performance) fried rice, ramen (pork bone broth only with your choice of braised pork, grilled chicken, shrimp tempura or jumbo shrimps) and dinner bento box options. There is more to this portion of the menu you have to check out when you visit.

There chef's special menu option that includes grilled filet mignon, rack of lamb and Chilean sea bass. These are higher end items but great for special occasions or if you want to eat something super savory.

The fish was fresh. I was had the opportunity to watch the chefs cutting fresh salmon and tuna at some point during my visit. The spider roll is one of my favorite rolls and they prepared it well. My advice would be to pick your favorite type of roll and you will have chosen well.

I was surprised to find they offer a seafood boil option menu with spice levels starting from zero to triple hot peppers. The options here include little neck clams, fresh mussels, New Zealand mussel, head-on shrimp, crawfish, head-off shrimp, snow crab legs and lobster tails. You can order individually or choose one of their special combo options. When it comes to seafood boil, I probably am impatient with all the cracking and peeling but I was with a group and it was fun and finger licking good...literally.

And you know you always have to save room for dessert! You have choices like ice cream, tempura ice cream and oreo and sorbets.

Not all the dishes will be to everyone's liking. But overall if you dine in, you will find something that suits your palate.

There is no way for me to list it all here but with all this being said, I was very very surprised to find that this is a family owned restaurant. You can tell they appreciate every one of their customers and they put so much care of love into each dish. The staff is super friendly and polite. The menu was a bit daunting for me at first but they made some very good suggestions for rolls and entrees my guests and myself. There is an older lady there who would always check on us to make sure we were okay...like a mother checks on their children.

I do not know everyone's name who was working that night but they certainly deserve the highest praise. A big thanks to the lovely and mysterious bartender who took care of my party and kept us well hydrated. She...

This place was awesome. The place itself was very cool. It had a huge wall of TV's. I bet they could host some very fun events using that thing. It's got neon lights and the overall lighting is perfect. Bright enough that I can read if I wanted to but dim enough to give it some ambiance.

The food was really good too. Our server was amazing and really sweet and friendly and recommended us dishes after we asked for her recommendations. We had a shrimp appetizer that was very tasty. I am slightly allergic to shrimp and don't really like the taste usually but these were so delicious. We got a bunch of sushi and sashimi which were very very good. Fresh and also very beautifully presented.

We also got some cocktails that they had. They were really cool and tasted great too and they didn't skimp on the alcohol either.

Their service was exceptional. The hostess was really friendly and welcomed us with a nice smile and sat us where we wanted. Then the server came and was just the sweetest. We couldn't make up our minds so she recommended us some dishes and we just followed her advice. The bartender was really awesome too. She made some really fun drinks and was really nice.

Overall, I think this place is a great place to take a date or even family. And I can imagine it being really great for a party or for sports fans too if they want to watch the game on the wall of TV's. Everything about this place was beautiful, from the decor and ambiance to the food.

Came here recently for my birthday, and let me just say this is the best place for asian cuisine in the area. Not only do they have sushi, they also have lots of kitchen items! They also have a bar, bubble tea, and so many great desserts.

The restaurant is super clean and the atmosphere was so hype and fun. The entire back wall is a giant tv screen. The restaurant is super modern and pretty.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They had a cute sign in the front saying that their short staffed and to be patient. The service was a little bit slow at times but it was because I came during the dinner rush and they were super busy.

Some dishes I recommend is the rock shrimp, out of control roll, jungle crab roll, cajun seafood boil, fried cheesecake, and green tea fried ice cream.

I tried the their cajun seafood boil after seeing it on the banner outside and it was amazing. The sauce was addicting and the shrimp, clams, and lobster tail is so fresh and juicy. Literally every dish I had was so tasty and mouth watering.

Also if it’s your birthday, do tell your waitress. My friend secretly told our waitress that it was my birthday and when the desserts were coming out, I was surprised with a special birthday song playing on the speaker!! It was so exciting, everyone in the restaurant was clapping and singing happy birthday!

I’ll definitely be coming back. The food was super yummy and it was a 10 out...
