Dragon Gate — Restaurant in New York

It's better delivery. The guy that works there sometimes comes into my building singing I know no one won't believe that but, he does it when he's on my floor and he's nice on the phone there's days he's in a rush but he listens to the order.

I love the food they, have the better dumplings in the area. The chicken dumplings and even the pork dumplings are yum 😋

The pork fried rice is good and when you ask for egg in it even better.

Chicken and broccoli I have ordered from several other places but here it's better tasting. And they put more where the chicken and broccoli don't taste dry or the garlic chicken you can see the sauce through the plastic of the container

They accept card thank God for that because others expects cash and that's difficult for some of us. So in that case I'd rather go through the attitude of this place and take time to give it a shot

For some reason this place doesn't offer door to door delivery or doesn't want to.. driver called and said he was outside i replied great bring it up he said "NO come outside my car my car" . They got away with it once with my pregnant Fiancé and made her come downstairs from the 2nd floor ( I wasn't home). Now they tried me with that same bs..I called the restaurant and told them to cancel the order... never again will let get my business. Shop another Chinese restaurant instead...

I have come here for 11 years (I work nearby). For the first 9 years, this place had really good ownership. I've ordered from here countless times and any error is met with apologies and rectification.

Today, it has been sold a few times over and the most recent ownership is pretty bad. Wait time is through the roof, it's almost like they don't know people eat lunch at 12pm. Food quality has dropped too.

I'd avoid coming here and go and other...
