I’m new to neighborhood and went there in person ordered and was very satisfied every time. BUT THE FIRST TIME I ordered for delivery the guy got my order wrong. He didn’t even charge me. I had to call back and tell him he didn’t take my payment. Then after I got my food. I called because the total charge was higher than what was told me. I needed to know if it included the tip so I could add it. The lady said I ordered something I didn’t. They proceed to tell me I didn’t ask for what I know I did. Then fixed my order by sending me burned chicken. They had someone who was gonna pay a lot of their bills. But he basically called me a liar. Then sent me crap that I can’t even eat out of spite. I wish I could give zero reviews. They rude and stupid as hell. They rip people off and lie. I ordered food and I ordered a large chicken noodle soup but they sent me a small. I called and asked for it to be switched it was that or get 1.50 off my next order that's nothing.
