For the past couple of months to a year I’ve been getting my hair cut by a barber named Kelvin, and to be fair the first couple of times he did very well. However recently he’s been doing really, really, bad while not listening and charging high. I requested a lil bit off of the top (Dark Caesar Cut) and he left my head looking almost bald while messing up my beard on top of that.
