Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I got a chocolate milkshake on Thursday, November 10, 2022. Not only was the shake not made properly (It was extremely runny with too much milk & not enough ice cream) But, at the time I didn't think much of it. I've had there milkshakes all over the city. Unfortunately they are never made consistently. Some places try to be "cheap" by using more milk & less ice cream. Like this location. However, this is disrespectful to the customer who expects a quality product. Nevertheless, if never gotten sick before. Until this last time. I had nothing else to eat Thursday evening. I don't drink alcohol. Yet I was food poisoned. It got really bad on Friday & Saturday. Cramps and gas were debilitating. I couldn't sleep & I had no appetite whatsoever. At least I didn't vomit. Only a little bit of diarrhea. However, it is now Monday & I'm still cramping. I now realize what may have caused it. I watched the employee at Dunkin leave the gallon of milk sitting out on the counter while she was making my milkshake. That should NEVER happen. It needs to be immediately put back in the refrigerator. Plus, is the refrigerator keeping the milk at 34°? That's what's required to keep the milk fresh. They also don't wash their utensils after each use. They only rinse them & leave them sitting out. Instead of making certain that there's no cross contamination & that all surfaces are sanitary. Today, I visited with a mobile order, but unfortunately, the online details were not included with my order. When I kindly requested some sugar, the gentleman provided me with three packets, which I appreciated. However, when I asked for milk and hazelnut syrup, it took quite a bit of time to get assistance. I felt disheartened by the overall experience, as it seemed there was a lack of friendliness from some staff members. At one point, ! encountered an employee who unintentionally bumped into me while opening the door, and I was simply trying to ask for what I had ordered. After waiting for 20 minutes, my order was placed hastily aside, and I felt overlooked when I inquired about updating my drink It's disappointing to experience this kind of treatment in our neighborhood, and I believe it's important for the management to be made aware of these issues. I went to this location around 5 this morning 🌄. Since the window was open I tried to order and got completely ignored by the male employee. I continuously asked if I could order and waited for him to respond..gesture or even make eye contact for approximately 7mins! Then I order 4 of the same 3 dollar 💵item just to not confuse or over worked the man since he was the only person working. And he proceeds to charge me $26 !! Where did he get that from!! I explained to him in excessive detail my order again and the price as if I work there🙄. I had to navigate him through the menu so he didn't feel like I was trying to get over. But I think he was trying to get over on me 🤔💭. I suggest Dunkin Dounuts gets more employees to work at that time!
