I went to 110 Beverly Road Dunkin today around 1 pm to get my coffee. When I went inside I was standing there for 5- 10 minutes no one was taking my order. I said hi to the boy who was standing behind the register forget about hearing my hi answer back from him. He ignored me and left. Then a lady came and took my order. When she is gone the boy came back asking me what I want but at first he didn’t take my order He just stood there didn’t even say hi to me then he left. Anyway later when he asked me I told him that I want a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar but I want my sugar on the side. He gave me the coffee which was light and sweet that I can’t even drink it. Then I said to him that I can’t drink it coz you made it so sweet and light. Then he goes like cream and sugar means light and sweet. I want to know who is that person taught him that cream and sugar means light and sweet.The boy is really rude and mean. I don’t know who teach him to behave like this to his customers. First of all he didn’t even say sorry for him being wrong but he kept arguing with me. He goes like who work here me or you he is trying to tell me that just coz he works there only he knows what cream and sugar means how can customers like me can tell what that really means. I told him that why would you make my coffee light and sweet if i didn’t mention that I want my coffee light and sweet with cream and sugar. I said coffee with cream and sugar. Read moreThe manager may need to cut down more of it’s business hours if not capable having supply menu items enough to last long before the closing hour or maybe past 4 or 5pm because by 4pm there’s just simply hardly anything left from its menu items😒.
And words of advice, you as the customers you still count and you still matter enough to keep this establishment going if it weren’t for the money you choose to invest to that location. It does not mean is okay for any of these employees to give you a funky😒attitude all just because the manager of the establishment allows them to behave in that manner when you as the paying customer try to be reasonable and civil with them, as the paying customer, should receive the same appropriate ground level of respectable behavior from these employees, nothing else below of inappropriate tone from them because, their attitude of theirs needs to be put to stop a one way or the other. I went with my cousin who has an emotional support dog, i know right now is not the time to have your dog outside but he needs it as a support. An employee started yelling that we can’t have the dog here after we already showed the dog’s service ID. He started saying that we can’t be with the dog and that we should leave the dog outside he was really rude we had to explain the reason why my cousin had the dog with him. My cousin was also carrying the dog so that he wouldn’t touch anything. I get that right now is not the best time, but he should of at least told me because my cousin felt really bad. The guy at the cash register was really nice and polite and apologized to us for the way the other employee reacted, and so did we but the way the other employee reacted was really bad and not acceptable.
