Yummy Taco — Restaurant in New York

I ordered from them delivery yesterday. I ordered the total 0f 21$, and the amount of food I got was huge! So for the prices they definitely have 5 stars from me. Now for the food: First, the soft tacos is are wrapped with tortilla which is way too thick for my taste. I t is taking over the taste of the tacos. And I think that you should never deliver tacos with no slices of Lemon on the side, even if the customer did not specifically asked for it. The hard tacos were fine. I had the grilled chicken tacos. The chicken of the “Grilled chicken and rise” is very good, but a little dry for my taste. The salad that also come in the box was very fresh, and I know it was made just before they sent the delivery. There is nothing that I dislike more than a salad which was cut long time ago, I just feel the difference immediately. The Cheese Quesadilla was very good. And it was a nice finale for a huge dinner ;)

Honestly, this place is OKAY. It's not great. It's not bad either. They have cheap prices, so you get what you pay for. The customer service here is hectic, but it's not like you're paying for a sit in restaurant. However, I had to dock one point for cleanliness. Phew, this place does not look like it would pass a DOH inspection. The trays they give food are aren't always clean. And for some reason, there's a layer of perpetual grime on the floor that you can not only see, but is off-putting. Another point was docked for the quality of the food. Even for the prices, it really did feel like I was eating cardboard instead of meat. The sauces were the only real flavor. All in all, this place is good if you need a quick bite for cheap; but other than that avoid avoid avoid! They don't have seating capable of large groups either. Wait time is...

The worst experience I've ever had. The food took an hour and 30 minutes to get here, my order was $23 I had $30, the delivery man wasn't going to give me back my change until I asked for it and then after I asked for change he had the nerve to dig in his cup holder of his car and started handing me quarters, $7 in quarters? Seriously? He wanted a tip so bad, money hungry ass. Back to telling the story, I told my brother to get change from the store as soon as my brother walked away the driver pulled off, i banged on the window and ask him where's he going, he said back to me he's aware that my brother is going to get change. Then all of a sudden he pulled off, he was extremely rude and money hungry the worst service ever. The guy who takes the orders isn't any better, bad...
