Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Update: This location keeps getting worse for the weary, unfortunately. Although it's in a high-traffic location. It really needs an upgrade and consistent staffing (I feel like I'm teaching the servers the orders, each time I go). They really need to fix their door and whatever is going on, along the side of the entrance. They are also, always in need of a good mopping.

I've had pretty good experiences with my orders here. Though, I will say there is typically a longer wait here than I've had at other DnDs. And unfortunately the staff here is not well trained. There customer service is lack-luster. Today, however, I can say, I had one of the best cups of decaf (extra cream, no flavor, no sugar) I've had in a while. Decaf is usually burnt. Always one of my favorite, 5 star Dunkin locations. Coffee always fresh, as is the food. Employees are attentive. I don’t know if this location was sold, or if the owner just stopped caring, but it is quite run down. And it is a relatively new location. Front door has been busted for many months. Parking area is hazardous; maybe 12 cramped spots. Very difficult to maneuver, and filthy as well. A couple of homeless regulars stroll around out front. Great restaurant with a huge variety of food along with Baskin Robbins. The store has always been so clean and organized whenever I have visited. Customer service is excellent as they listen to your order and make it to perfection. I wish they would convert this restaurant to Kosher only so I can try the entire menu. They have never disappointed me in every shape or form. Highly recommended to pay a visit to them if you are around the area.
