Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

The line is 2 long. I just started going to this location. Just move close to this one. I normally order toasted bagels with cream cheese and a coffee. The coffee is typical Dunkin Donuts coffee which is good usually always too sweet every time I go there I tell them to put less sugar in started out with 7 now I'm down to 3 still too sweet. My only complaint really is that they barely toast the bagels I think they kind of just like warm them up. Tomorrow I'm going to tell them to toast it twice and see what happens although it doesn't look like they are putting it in any kind of a toaster. I'm familiar with all the different commercial toasters. Apparently they're putting it in like a oven like a convection oven that is warming it up not toasting it. After going to this store for my bagel and coffee for 5 months I'm not coming back. Got to wait online all the time. I now make my own coffee at home and get a dozen bagels at the store that sells them. I'm spending less money and have better...

When I approached the counter the male employee was cleaning the coffee area...he was wearing plastic gloves. The counter was strewn with paper garbage and I was the only patron. I gave the employee my order...coffee and two doughnuts. The employee grabbed the doughnuts with only the gloves on his hands...no tissue paper. I asked to see his hands and couldn't believe how dirty the gloves were. When I questioned him about this and asked why he didn't use paper to pick up the doughnuts...he tried to hand me a tissue...??? How did this store obtain their "A" rating? Clearly this is a...

Hands down for THE BEST coconut donuts by far!!!❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 they use real coconut! 🤤 whenever I’m in the area I come in here, for 🍩 The only Dunkin’ store I buy donuts from!

I thought all Dunkin’s were the same, boy was I wrong! I honestly don’t know why the donuts taste so fresh compared to other Dunkin’ store that’s in Queens and Brooklyn 💭 they really need to take a class from this Dunkin’ store!

EDIT: They are no longer making these coconut donuts ;( I hope they will bring it back.... if you look at my 2nd picture, that's their new coconut donuts, which does NOT...
