Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to In my Whole life! first I enter the store . Very dirty and trash everywhere . Not well taken care of. But this doesn’t matter to me. I ordered on the Dunkin app (mobile order) I waited 5 minutes . As my friend and couple of others got their order quickly even though I literally ordered way before them . Then I just continued to wait an extra 10 minutes. Then it got to the point where I just went up to the cashier (only one working there) and i showed him to receipt of the mobile order on my phone . And even told him the order out loud . He ignored . Didn’t listen and moved on to take others orders . So I continued to wait even more! Then people who just came in now have already got their order quickly. But not me. So it had gotten to the point where I just didn’t want the order anymore and wanted a refund since my mood was absolutely destroyed . So i went up in line and asked politely and simply for a refund . All he said was “ oh ok. I’ll deal with that later “ like are you good ? Later ? . Ok so fine I was patient and waited as again others continued to be served . But as everyone else was served and the cashier was free . I went up to him and asked again like 5 times simply “ can I just a get a refund “ and he kept refusing and saying “ we can’t do that “ and instead insisted on giving me my order now and preparing it . I had to tell him exactly what to put in my ice coffee drink 5 times over again and even retold him what else I got . But look instead of simply just giving me a refund . He wasted my time (45+ minutes of my time) he could’ve simply gave a refund and called it a day . But nope . And I showed him the receipt of the exact amount I paid on my phone . So that he can refund the amount . But simply just refused and wasted so much of my time . Also there’s a rule called “ first come first serve “ now look I understand he’s the only one working there . But why serve so many others before me even though I ordered so much earlier than them . he wasted 45+ minutes of my time . Didn’t give me a simple refund and refused every time I asked politely and Nicely and . In fact got part of the order at the end wrong . And broke the rule “ first come...

Ordered through app. 15 min before picking up. As I arrived my Charamel iced coffee was made, however I ordered a Egg sausage and cheese croissant it wasn't ready so lady proceeded to make it quickly and handed me the bag... I left got to work and bit into a raw piece of croissant I tasted the dough and it was chewy I spit it out right away and it went into the garbage. Such a waste of money. So unprofessional to hand a customer an item that was paid for undercooked and unedible. Never going back here. My stomach started aching...

It was my place to go, spacious enough until they have the brilliant idea to lock the restroom NO PUBLIC. What does it mean? You drink, you eat and then where I am supposed to go outside? What about people with medical condition or taking medicine? YOU HAVE A RESTROOM! There are State laws for that inform yourself! hope that happens to one of them so they learn, pee in your pants!.
