BAMBI-II DAY CARE CENTER — Local services in New York

This is by far the best daycare center that I have taken my children to. There have been many changes in our lives and so we have actually been to many different daycares and Bambi beats them all. At Bambi, I feel like my children are cared for as if they are the teachers’ own. I know that my children are fed good food, and if ever I need to make any diet changes or requests, the teachers are very diligent, kind, professional, and easy to talk to. I have peace of mind that my children enjoy a full day of learning, fun, and development. My children are always happy to go into daycare and are always happy and full of tales from their days with their friends. I would not take my children anywhere else after having experienced Bambi daycare.

Unacceptable Care and Management I would not recommend this establishment. The management is extremely rude, with poor communication and a lack of accountability. My son suffered an injury while in their care, requiring seven stitches, and it took weeks before we were allowed to view the footage of the incident.

Their priorities seem misplaced; holidays appear to be for the convenience of the staff rather than for the children. A prime example is when they gave my son's Halloween costume to another child without any apology, effectively ruining his day.

There are numerous other troubling incidents from the seven months we attended, but suffice it to say, this center falls far below the standard of care and professionalism one should expect.

The lack of accountability and now outright denial of facts is appalling. Parents deserve transparency and professionalism when trusting a facility with their children. I cannot recommend this...

This is a detailed review! My 3yr old son has been going to the same daycare since he was born and he started to not want to go to school and was having full on fire every morning; We recently switch to Bambi and I truly feel it was the best decision I could have made; The staff is very friendly and professional and actually teaches the kids; He actually enjoys school and I get so much peace of mind; It’s so easy for me to follow the teachers lesson plan and continue what he learned at home; The director is so nice and informative..
