Ive given this place way too many chances. And I am sad to say, my husband and I have FINALLY had enough. I am not going to list all the negative experiences we have had, as we've had so many it would sound like a lie and go unnoticed. Instead, I hope this review reaches the RIGHT person to make a change.
When you hier a receptionist, in this particular case"phone girl", know that she or he are the voice and face of your business. Her personality directly reflects the operation of your business. As a customer....and human being, I don't appreciate being spoken down to, and made feel as if my food is now in the hands of someone who can now contaminate it because you've pissed her off. (Not saying that anyone WOULD, but who am I to know) There is absolutely no communication between the girl who takes the phone calls and the guys who make the food. What's even worse is, when you order something, and the store is all OUT of a specific item, they will deliver the food to you and not let you know the item is missing... Leaving you wondering if you were charged for this missing item, because they "forget" you're receipt. The food seems fine. Quality. Quantity. Price. It's all fine. It's the only thing that's kept us as customers for so long. The energy just simply sucks. Too many times I have seen customers storm into the store with raised voices and complaints of missing items and rude customer service. So I know it's not just me. I have also witnessed altercations between employees and customers that's made me so uncomfortable I've had to leave fearing a fight would occur.
Maybe the employees are underpaid or treated unfairly?Maybe managenent needs to change. Whatever it is, SOMETHING needs to happen. Respect each other and be kind. There's no reason to treat each other so poorly. It only makes you suffer more. ❤️ Be...

Guy came out and took the $1 coffee order from the curmudgeon before acknowledging that I had been patiently waiting. I said “Hey I got here first” and the guy say “Bye!” All sarcastic with an exaggerated wave and everything. I have to say I’m a bit shocked about the behavior. You just lost a LONG time customer.

Read moreWorkers taking orders are disrespectful to customers. Went for breakfast on Sunday 06/06/21 ordered a Swiss Cheese Omelet plate posted at $5.25 and large regular coffee posted at $2.20. Was told the cost was $8.70. The worker took my debit card and adjusted the cost down to $7.70. He then proceeded to tell me never come back again. Unheard of behavior addressing a customer for overcharging. I have been going to the store for more than 3 years and have spent in that time $1,500+. Also, I always throw money in the tip jar.
