Knapp Lucky Star — Restaurant in New York

I love their general tso shrimp its delicious I always come back because I live near by i take out several times a week it must be the msg makes it delicious but honestly the front worker woman is just extremely not cut out for customer service . I undedstand its a business but when she knows my number and face never hd an issue and suddenly over ten cents change would rather me break a hundred gather small bills from kitche. Staff than forgive it I was offended. Then when i called and let them know i only got 3 wings instead of four i was hung up on and this happened several times . i love the food and never complained so when it repeates i just thought to call and was appauled at the treatment of consistent customer . this woman really has an issue w people jt seems bc in the neighborhood have also shared their issues when i thought to tell some people outside of my experience they had similar unpleasant unreasonable exchanges...

How hard of an order is 2 quarts of wonton, Chicken and Broccoli and Chicken dumplings for 3 people are, they forget to put in 1 quart of soup, so needless to say one person (me) did not have soup (dinner) $37 Thanks Knapp Lucky Star, maybe you should take a extra care in making sure entire order is in the bag before it gets sent out. Soooooooooo good. Chicken general tso is amazing and perfectly crispy every time. such succulent Chinese food can only be found in Brooklyn New York.
