The pizza has become unbelievably greasy 🍕, just like the tables, but the WORST part is the SERVICE. Many of the guys working there continuously made me feel extremely UNCOMFORTABLE and OBJECTIFIED. On numerous occasions they were acting inappropriately and called me by some creepy “terms of endearment” like: baby, honey, sweetie, mi amor, krasiva (thinking I was Russian 🙄)… Even after I have told them many times not to do that anymore. One of the guys (the one that used to wear a beard) did that on purpose, again, and when I told him AGAIN that it makes me uncomfortable, he was VERY dismissive and rude. Those people really need to learn to take: “No!” for an answer and learn to respect somebody’s boundaries. That is not a part of customer/business relations. I do NOT have to be exposed to that when I just casually go to eat pizza. I used to go there to relax, not to he humiliated. Those guys really need to learn to RESPECT girls/women, just like they would respect other customers. While I was standing there, very appalled, the same people called an older guy: “Sir!” Wow… The double standards… It must be a great feeling to be treated neutrally and fairly… I was a returning customer for a while, but this was my last visit there. Nothing is worth it, let...
Read moreI get a call from the delivery person (through Slice app) and the first thing he says is "Why isn't anyone coming to the door?" Our door bell works, so he for a fact, did not ring the bell. He did not call prior to the call I answered. He also claimed to knock on the door, which should not be expected to be heard in a multi-story house.
So now I have limp over as fast as I can to the front door with my injured foot, from the second floor of the house (where he expects me to hear a knock), just to find out that he's been in the car the whole time and he just leaves the food on the floor.
I don't know if this is Slice's fault or the businesses fault, but it is unacceptable for the delivery person to call us for the lack of communication when it was the driver who did not communicate at all.
This is the first time I've ever written a bad review as I'm normally a patient person, but wow for the delivery person to be the one to blame me for his own lack of communication. That is...
Read moreAs some who ordered Knap Street pizza on the regular, I had to stop because the pizza stopped being fresh! You can tell the difference between a fresh pie and a reheated pie. Was craving pizza tonight, decided to give them another try and I wish I didn’t. When I was placing the order, I made sure to mention that the last few times I didn’t get a fresh pie so I would appreciate getting a fresh pie. Whoever took my order reassured me that their pizza is always fresh… Just received my pizza not only was the pizza NOT fresh it was literally ICE COLD. When I grabbed the box from the delivery driver I felt that the box was cold but didn’t think nothing of it. When I opened the box I was appalled. So I called the restaurant to let them know, but instead the worker wants to argue with me that the pizza left the location “hot”. I live 10 mins away and its also summer time. There is no reason why my pizza is ice cold. Couldn’t even get a refund because I paid cash. 0/10 would not...
