Dear Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Service,
I am writing this review to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at this location Today Around 4:30 PM.
From the beginning of the interaction, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable with the way I was treated by a staff member who I believe may go by the name "Bona" or "Rona" (I am unsure of the exact spelling). In all respect to her religion she was wearing a all black hijab and working the front counter at the time. When I entered the store, she gave me an unfriendly look and said, “What are you looking at?” before asking for my order. Her tone and attitude felt unnecessarily rude and confrontational.
After placing my order and handing her the payment, I proceeded to the Baskin-Robbins counter to wait for my milkshake. Again, she addressed me with what I perceived as a rude and dismissive tone, asking, “What flavor do you want?” without any courtesy or professionalism.
I understand that everyone can have an off day, but as a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and respectful service. I was in a hurry at the time and was unable to locate a manager to report the incident in person.
Dunkin' states that customer service and satisfaction are top priorities, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. I felt disrespected and, frankly, discriminated against during this interaction. I’m bringing this to your attention not only to share how upsetting the situation was, but also in hopes that it can be addressed properly to prevent similar experiences for others in the future.

Read moreIf I could rate this place 0 I would. The guy lalinda who works at night always yells at me and give me an attitude. He also told me I have no taste because I could not taste the difference between whole milk and skim milk. He also put whole milk instead of skim milk because he ran out of skim and decided not to tell me anything. This might sound like not a big deal but my stomach can not handle whole milk. He does what he wants because he thinks he can. He really needs to get fired. also he basically pulled his computer out of the wall to show me something? And put his head out the window to yell out his name and pull on his nametag( which isn’t even there btw) What kind of management is this. Oh and he said if I come back he’s going to yell and do the same thing to me again and again. (Threat) Seriously the manager needs to open his eyes!! Read moreI was pretty let down tonight. I went to the Drive Thru of this Dunkin and first on line Yay! I stared placing my order. I came around to get food and drinks, was given my drinks and my food but was missing my bagel twists. The associate apologized and got them as they were made. No big deal, right? But before giving me them he stated I was not charged.... I said I had a whole conversation at beginning of order about the bagel twists, and I asked why I wasn't charged he said the guy didn't know how to work the register. What?? I then asked for the receipt and right away, says, "You're good," and he hands me the bagel twists and the receipt. The worst part is when I paid initially I gave this guy a Tip!
