We had reason to be on this side of the Bronx so we stopped by DD for a quick bite, since there were no competitions. Upon entering the store, we noticed how untidy the place looks. The Attendant at the Register, tried his best to be polite, but we couldn't help but notice the flies pitching on the old fashion donuts. I wanted the iced latte, but shuddered to think how disgusting the container with the liquid might be. I opted for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, since the heat from the toaster might kill any germs. Then again I worry about the cream cheese. To add salt to our wounds, a filthy, despicable, mentally unfit human person walked in, and he yawned several yawns,with his mouth agape! I wanted to die. Please avoid this joint, if you can. The persooanal is not professional and asked for coffee. french vanilla gave coffee with flowers french vanilla, ordered an avocado sandwich served without a tomato on top, I asked why there is no posidor on top as in the picture ??? to which the cashier answered me you didn’t immediately say that you needed tomatoes on top of the sandwich, I told him and when I made the order you didn’t ask me what to put in??? in general, the workers speak and understand English poorly, the staff is not professional, they ruined my avocado sandwich,,,, and the rice has no lemon for tea ... the donuts were fresh only for this I give 2 stars of the review, though they are not worth 1 star review ... I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered a matcha with cold foam, but instead of cold foam, they gave me whipped cream, and the drink had clumps of powder at the bottom. I also ordered mini bagels stuffed with cream cheese, and despite placing my order online 10 minutes in advance, they weren’t ready when I arrived. The employee didn’t even place them in the pickup area, which caused an unnecessary delay.
