I am able to get my latte done good on very seldom occasions, but on those other days my latte is done wrong and I’m told that it is done right when I’m the one drinking it. If a customer says they don’t like the way something is made and wants it made again by someone different, it is your job to say okay no problem and let the next person do it. If I’m telling you I saw you put more than the amount I asked for and you tell me no you didn’t when I’m clearly watching you and it taste funny it’s your job to say sorry and fix it. I have worked in the food industry, so I know how things are supposed to be done and how things are supposed to be said when it comes to a customer. I shouldn’t receive the attitudes that I get when all I’m asking is for you to make it over because I don’t like it. Or if I’m telling you in no malicious manner that I’ve seen you put more than the amount I asked for I shouldn’t receive an attitude and be told I’m wrong when I’m the customer and I was watching you. Instead it should be an “my apologies, I’ll fix it.” Even if a customer upsets you and is rude, which I can understand, you’re allowed to talk about them but only when they leave. A customer shouldn’t hear you talk in a different language after they’ve asked you to fix something because it’s clear you’re talking about that person. Even so clear when it’s visible that you have an attitude. You guys need to tell your staff that it’s unprofessional behavior. I shouldn’t be treated as such when I come in there on a...
Read moreI am writing an honest review of my last experience. There was a rude coworker who was dealing with a customer before that made that customer leave. After that customer left, I was next and placed my order. Everything was fine. I also noticed there was a person in a wheelchair who was sleeping inside. After I received my order, the store was about to close and the coworker was trying to force me to help carry the sleeping person on the wheelchair outside the store. She directly said "Do you mind helping me move the 'body' (person in a wheelchair) out of the store?" I felt that was inappropriate in language and I asked the employee "why can't your coworker help you?" and she said "cause he's too busy."
In general, I didn't like how I, the customer, was asked to do something that I am not responsible for and her language. This is a plus size female employee at...
Read moreWhen I pulled up to Dunkin' Donuts, my initial impression was slightly nerve-racking, but I attributed it more to the neighborhood than the establishment itself. Surprisingly, there wasn't much of a line at 5:30 a.m., but the service was a bit slow. I placed a simple order for an extra large black coffee and an everything bagel with cream cheese, yet it took longer than expected. However, I must say that the staff was friendly and accommodating. The girl who made my bagel apologized for the delay, which I appreciated. Despite the slow service, I have no qualms about returning to this location, as I will be frequenting it for the next few weeks while working...
