Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Ok I want to thank the owner of this establishment. Am completely amazed at this Dunkin Donuts, this by far IS the BEST I have seen in NY. I went at 6am, Let me start with me walking in, place was spotless, the manager with the GOOD morning Shocked Me. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was Cooking and I mean cooking... I was so amazed that I decided to put these people to the test, I got the $5 meal. But I ordered the Bacon egg and cheese croissant, BUT I said Crispy with melted cheese, the Hash Brown very Crispy not burnt, and the Ice coffee with light ice and 3 Splenda and 3 creams.. Let me tell you These Employees hands down, Did NOT DISAPPOINT. let me just say I will be learning their names by the end of the year.. I will be coming back for sure. The meal was excellent, exactly how I wanted it.. This team is Fire 🔥 . I forgot to say this place looks like a fancy top tier coffee shop. I thought the croissant decorations where fake.. thats how crazy it looks.. I forgot to take pictures. I Never thought this place will light up my eyes NEVER.. I WAS STUFFED AND I WANTED MORE.. I never seen anything like this in NY. This place will be taking my money for a while. This is what taking your time and paying attention to detail that everyone needs. This location is convenient for me and most of the staff are polite as well as courteous. I give this location a 2 because I’ve been given coffees and lattes that barely had any coffee. No matter what size I have bought they always put the same amount of coffee then fill it up with a ton of milk. The coffee here is a waste of money because they give less every time and if it is ice coffee they don’t listen when I ask for very little ice they still fill up the medium or large cup with more than half way of ice. All that ice melt very fast and makes the drink watery. The staff need to listen to the customer, if I say I only want 4 or 5 ice cubes that is what I mean not still give me whatever amount you want to give me to save on product. Dunkin’ Donuts is supposed to be the cheaper option and it has become more expensive but quality hasn’t gone up. All the syrups have high fructose corn syrup and is extremely loaded with sugar with just one pump. The customer should get decent quality coffee at an affordable price that is why people go to Dunkin’ at times instead of Starbucks but if the quality doesn’t go up more people will consistently just pay more...

"I'm appalled by the egregious disregard for food safety at this Dunkin' Donuts location. It's clear they're prioritizing cost-cutting over customer health. The staff uses the same gloves all day to handle hot food, touch garbage, and perform other tasks, without changing or properly sanitizing them.

I've witnessed employees washing their gloved hands while still wearing the same gloves, which is not only unsanitary but also a serious health risk. This practice is unacceptable and could lead to foodborne illnesses.

Given the proximity to the other underperforming Dunkin' Donuts location, it's possible they share the same ownership or management. Regardless, it's imperative that they address this issue immediately. Customers deserve better.
