Came here yesterday for my first time, the Food and drinks were good but my issue was my waiter Stephanie. It was me and my husband who decided to pay them a visit, we get there and immediately was greeted by one of the bartenders and within 2 mins we was already seated, coool. Now the problem comes in when we just sitting there for about 15 to 20 mins before our waiter came to greet us, so she starts asking us what we want and we order. The appetizers came then the food. I had the skirt grilled steak with the white rice and maduros and he had the seafood rice. Delicious!!! But as we almost done I realized everyone had been sat with some chips on their table but we didn’t get that and that made me feel a lil way🥺 I had also asked for a mojito for my meat since it was suppose to come with the chimi sauce but she never gave me that and here comes another server with a mojito drink, places it on the table and walks away so I’m thinking to myself, WRONG TABLE, but no, my waiter thought I had ordered another drink already still having one of my own on the table she then comes to me and insists that I ordered the mojito drink and now I had to break it down and tell her I’m Dominican and we call the garlic sauce mojito but not that I needed another drink on my table when I already had mines and he had his. She seemed a bit bothered by the situation which made me feel a way since it was a misunderstanding and deff ain’t coming out her pocket so it did make me feel like I did something wrong and that’s NOT OK!!! Now I noticed she’s literally telling everyone she works with how I’m Dominican and I ordered a mojito but not a drink which was just rude honestly. We make mistakes and things happen but her as the worker, my server should wanna make me feel welcomed and give me the best dine in experience which she never did but still was charged a 20$ tip which is included in the bill so that was a bummer. Read moreExtremely Poor Service Experience at Inca Paisa. I recently visited Inca Paisa restaurant with high hopes and an appetite for a delicious meal. Unfortunately, my dining experience was overshadowed by the extremely poor service that I received. From start to finish, it was evident that the staff seemed disinterested, almost as if they couldn't wait to clock out and leave. Throughout the entire meal, I had to repeatedly ask the servers for basic items that were either missing or forgotten. It was frustrating and took away from the enjoyment of the meal. They showed a lack of attention and never bothered to check-in with our table to ensure everything was going well. Adding insult to injury, I noticed some of the servers were eating their meals instead of attending to the customers. This lack of professionalism left me astounded. It's disheartening to witness such a disregard for customer service and common courtesy.
Overall, I must say that the service at Inca Paisa was absolutely abysmal. The staff appeared miserable and uninterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. Read moreI wanted to go with my family of 4 as we wanted Spanish food. Saw this place and immediately drove to the location. It was a small beautiful place. As soon as I enter, there was no air. It was hotter inside there then outside. And outside temperature was 93 degrees. Inside must be 99. The host was very present. We asked if the ac was on, and she replied yes. I thought it can't possibly be on when the staff alone was vantilating and everyone is there were eating as well. I would not understand how can they eat with so much heat inside. After sitting down and realizing that we would not be able to enjoy our food we decided to walk out. We could not possibly eat comfortable with the staff sweating. We were very disappointed as we were looking forward to eating in this place. I felt bad for the employees as they work there and in such conditions! If I worked there I would have reported it to labor department as this is not acceptable!
