We traveled from Jersey on 10/27/24 to check this place out, and honestly, the food did not disappoint—everything was packed with flavor, no extra seasoning needed.
We tried the Huncho Attack, which is a loaded fat sandwich stacked with everything, including mozzarella sticks—definitely a must-try. They have four different sauces I’d recommend. I don’t know the names, but you’ll recognize them by color: the green one, off-white, orange-ish, and the classic white sauce.
Here’s what we ordered:
Huncho Attack sandwich Chicken gyro platter (with fries and rice) 2 pieces of fried fish Chicken fries Huncho double Smashburger
My personal favorites were the chicken fries, the Huncho Smashburger (super simple—two smash patties, cheese, and their Huncho sauce on a soft potato bun), and of course, the Huncho Attack.
The fish was really good fresh, but I wouldn’t recommend saving it for leftovers—I left it out too long and paid the price with food poisoning starting on 10/28, and I’m still feeling it as of 10/30 🤢. Totally my fault, not the restaurant’s.
Prices are super reasonable, ranging from \

The warm and humble hospitality extended by Brother Ateeq himself set the tone for a wonderful visit. The ambiance was inviting and tastefully decorated, making for a cozy retreat in the heart of the bustling neighborhood.
The culinary delights were equally impressive, with the smash burger standing out as a true highlight - expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The mix platter was also a delight, offering a satisfying variety of textures and tastes. I was particularly fond of the Hunchos sauce, which added a rich and creamy element to the dishes without overpowering them with heat.
Overall, I would highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Astoria. The combination of warm hospitality, inviting atmosphere, and exceptional cuisine makes it a true...
