I have been coming to this site for a year. I order a specific order and asked like any other customer the food be thoroughly cooked not half way cooked specifically the bacon. Being an ex dunkin employee i am aware of cookings times customers may not be aware of due to employment with the company. When making suggestions in reference requests as customer service employees no one should be mad if asked to make an oder to customer satisfaction. That's Dunkins brand. The manager of the place the woman always tries to keep customers satisfied, but the same employees still causing the same problems are present. Do you all not hire anyone from another race besides bangladeshi. Every culture is different and eats different things maybe if we had more of a reflection in employment of our community others in the community wouldn't have such difficulty communicating orders and customers specified orders. These reviews above must be of ppl whom are asked to review falsely because everyone whom visits this restaurant has a complaint. No ones order is done correctly and this is a fairly easy job. Hire more spanish, african american, etc not just ppl from bangladesh, iran, or syria. Im sure more qualified inidividuals in your neighborhood can benefit your establishment not only those of your kind. The man who manges the store is African.An italian guy owns mostly all of the stores in the bx. The ingredients such as caramel syrup etc don't come directly from the employees or manager so skimping or using half liquid sugar and sweetened syrup shouldn't be happening. Read moreThis DD's really shocked me it actually wasn't that bad. I had a maple egg and bacon sandwich price wasn't bad only 3.50. Also I had a ice cold latte white chocolate and two glaze donut. They took their time even though the store was busy but everything I order was pretty good it was cooked and done my drink was fresh and less ice my donut was soft and not old. Staff was polite and friendly ....GREAT JOB...
