Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Lately I’ve been ordering online and picking up at this location. I love the use of location sharing, when I pull up to the speaker I’m always greeted and always told in the sweetest way that my order is ready for me. The last time I had to know who the voice was behind the friendly and welcoming end. Their name is Karim. What a lovely individual! I think it’s just such a nice balance between the use of technology and the personal touch. I hope this location values this type of customer care and service. So much that I have to leave a review. The other employees are kind and attentive as well. One time I came in and the only chocolate frosted donuts had sprinkles. I have suck a picky kid and happen to mention it and they went out of there way to grab me one for Ron the back without sprinkles. One of the sweet workers told me how they didn’t like sprinkles either....

They made a mistake 3 times in one order #6916 I ask for 8 orders hashbrowns they gave me 3 then I told the lady how many orders of hashbrowns you gave me she said 3 then I told her 8 then I ordered 3 egg cheese on crosants I don't eat pork then I took my order home opened the bag and it's ham Swiss crosants I was mad but then what pist me of I called them trying to tell them I don't eat pork the girl hanged up the phone in my face I called again she picked up the phone and hanged up again now look that's what made me mad I don't care about the food they don't have respect this is America not India have some respect for the customers I'm middle eastern my self and I own a food business if we make a mistake to a customer and they call i apology to them and refund them or I deliver their food to their house so I don't make them walk out of their house customers...

This place has the rudest manager. He is so freaking argumentative with customers. He raised his voice because I ask him about the service of the bathroom. I was trying to address to him that if I purchase something at the store, the bathroom should be available to paying customer. In what world is he living because every other establishment that service customers have the bathroom available for paying customer. He kept yelling and arguing with me about the bathroom being close due to the PANDEMIC. I feel the the reason the bathroom is close is due to the fact that they DON’T want to pay the cleaning service. If you are open for business and paying customer the bathroom should be...
