Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

You'll find good service, depending on who's working. The only reason I am rating two stars is because the first visit my friends and I had was great, when the ladies were working there. The coffee, hot chocolate and sandwiches were exceptional. On my second visit the experience was nothing but horrible. This time there were only men working. The employees were unorganized and didn't have a clue as to what they were doing. I ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate and was given mint instead. After complaining, another employee made a new cup of chocolate for me, only to be given mint again. They could not make a decent cup of coffee to save their lives. The turkey and cheese sandwich I ordered second time around was really bad. It tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for hours. I wonder what the qualifications for working at this establishment are..... The only thing that was on point that day were, at least the only thing they seemed to get right were the doughnuts. Definitely money down the drain. I'll absolutely avoid this location...

I visited here this morning since it’s on my way to work and I literally waited for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee,your new employees need more training the young lady looked confused and your Manager on duty she looked clueless,she needs to learn how to run a business, I’ve been in a Management position at Cvs Pharmacy for 17 yrs and watching her asking the employees if they need help, that’s something you take the initiative to do without asking especially when their is a long line going to the door. Poor customer Servcie I will continue to go the the location on Ralph and Avenue L they are more professional,...

If you want to remain viable you have to do better Dunkin ... I pass up a Starbucks on my way to my mom's house ... Decided you know what let me support the oldie but goodie shop (Dunkin donuts) the pioneers of coffee and get my coffee there. Well guess what , they do not offer decaf coffee 😳😳😳😳I can get decaf at a local grocery store ..... Dunkin shame on you for not having coffee for people with certain conditions and like one of many high blood pressure.... Thanks for X'ING me out now I will just have to go to...
