Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Whoever stocks this Dunkin is terrible. 8 times out of 10 they are not carrying whichever popular flavor you're almost certainly looking for.

This franchise also has higher prices than the other local Dunkins. They never follow advertised promotions. If they do follow promotions, even the cost of coffee bags during the holidays, you will be required to have a paid membership for any discounts to apply. Plus, the service is always slow. Probably because for the volume they are understaffed.

I lived around the block and found myself walking out often due to wait times or, more often, them simply not having what I came in for.

The staff members themselves are always pleasant and work hard, and my drinks are always made well. I also always tip them. I hope the management doesn't cut themselves in as is the case in many other island Dunkins. It's not the staff's fault the person who runs this place is greedy and...

On my visit on th first day of 2 days at DD near the CVS store on Bay str., the blueberry syrup flavor i asked for in my coffee and no sugar, had no flavor whatsoever. Also i didnt ask for milk and they didnt ask me if i wanted milk or sugar and they Added milk without asking or confirming it.. And even after my courteous complaint and request to add some of th same flavoring, it still had no flavor or scent of any such blueberry, as i can usually smell th scent even with th lid on th coffee cup at the other DD stores. Can anyone answer me WHY the head indian aftetnoon worker guy there has a reluctant & defensive time responding to my simple question of (what does the blueberry syrup smell like to you? )- -on my second vizit there in 2 days in a row- And threatens me to leave; as if he has something to hide.. This is far and away my favourite Dunkin Donuts. Let's face it, each DD shop carries pretty much the same offerings. What makes the Rosebank store special, number one actually, even though they have no drive-thru? It's the staff! This is a customer friendly double D. I go there every morning. Because I always get the same thing (medium Cold Brew black) whether it's 90F or 9F by the time I get to the counter the staffmember working the register hands my drink to me and if Abby is working (she usually is) she asks me how I'm doing - and if I got any good photos during my morning walk (I'm a photojournalist). The coffee is always fresh, the staff efficient and courteous. They put to rest the notion that New Yorkers are curt, rude and insufferable. We are not and they are not.
