Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

THERE’S BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE. If you don’t believe me READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. I have lived in this neighborhood for over ten years, this location has never had quality service or standards of any kind & the women that work there have the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced. I’ve said a ton of times that I was going to write this review, but haven’t because I figure we’re all entitled to “bad days” . But I can’t believe they still open. Because it’s is clear they have no respect for the people in this neighborhood, as they have never been kind. My entire family has had separate experiences of their own, much the same; less than. There’s always a line with no actual strategy for assisting customers. The cashier constantly disappears and you’re made to wait at the counter, after waiting in line. They never put up signs for when they’re out of things, so you basically wait in line to then be told they don’t have what you’re attempting to order. The nerve of them to have a tip cup; it should have a pen a piece of paper next to it, because the only thing need is some advice on how to improve service. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF. For context I work just across the street here and go there a lot for cold brew. And there’s all kinds of characters just sitting around there with no drink or anything, today I went in there to wait for my stylist so we could get coffee together and then go to the salon and imagine my surprise when the short bangladeshi/pakistani lady that takes order and kinda manages there comes and asks me to leave saying it’s not a place to sit and wait. (A COFFEE SHOP). While other people were siting around there way before I came in and were still there! i was taken aback because I’ve never heard that people can’t sit in a Dunkin before. Mind you, I did tell her I was waiting for someone and we were going to get a coffee and leave. She told me I was arguing with her and then she said I had 5 minutes to sit and then I had to leave. WHAT ON EARTH?! This made me so mad and ruined my entire morning. I don’t understand why she singled me out when even the craziest of Flatbush all come here to sit. But daily customer can’t? Very bad, I paid $3:15 for coffee water... So I when there today February 16, 2023 at 1:37pm and I order a caramel with cream medium size coffee. And I received diluted coffee,which tasted like coffee water no coffee flavor it was water basically. I was very disappointed. And I was rushing I did not taste the coffee until after the vehicle drive off. Very bad experience.

When back on March 5,2023 at 11:24am just to give Dunkin's another try, this time I order a large hot coffee with french vanilla creme and it was the same watered down coffee. With french vanilla. It tastes like water french vanilla. No coffee taste in the coffee. This location needs to stop doing that and be better at serving real coffee right through the day to customers. Very...
