It’s ok at best. The staff have selective hearing and do what they want. The details of your order doesn’t matter because…they’ll do what they want. They have selective hearing and will tell you what you said instead of admitting to making a mistake. First time I went, I ordered a plain ice coffee with whipped cream. Stocky/tall young guy gave it to me with caramel all over it. I don’t like the taste of caramel at all so I asked him to take it back as I didn’t order that. He shoves it back at me and says “so you really don’t want it? Caramel goes with ice coffee. Everyone likes caramel….” Didn’t seem pleased that he had to make another one.

Second time I went, same guy took my order and I asked for a breakfast sandwich with the exact same ice coffee with whipped cream. They gave it to me with no whipped cream so I asked if he could add the whipped cream that I asked for. He says “you didn’t ask for that. You said cream.” They hear what they want instead of politely confirming the order before you pay. Oh yea and they left the papers from the egg and sausage on my sandwich. Nice addition to the sandwich. 👌🏽

I am glad my review gave them a good little chuckle. At least they get it...

This has got to be the worse Dunkin Donuts ever created. I ordered a simple large vanilla chai tea no sugar. They made a vanilla spice tea, I told them it was wrong and the server tells me I ordered wrong. I asked for someone else to make my order and the young lady makes a chai tea(no vanilla.) Again wrong, I asked the manager to make my order. The manager makes me the same chai tea the young lady made. When I informed him it was wrong, he got defensive and said I did not ask for vanilla flavoring. This is not the first, second or third visit that i have made to this place and they messed up my order. I said 3 times as I was ordering, Vanilla Chai tea no sugar and the manager who took my order repeated it back to me. I will not be visiting this place anymore, I will also tell my friends, family and coworkers to no longer bring them business. I would rate this place less than 1 star for there lack of professionalism and poor customer service but apparently you have to put at least 1 star to...

I visited your Wavecrest location Dunkin Donuts in Far Rockaway today around 6:30 and around 7:15pm one of the clerks came from behind the counter and said they were closing up at 8:00pm. This location is suppose to be open until 10pm. The reason they closed early was because they said that the air conditioner was broken and it was too hot to work. The air conditioner has been broken the whole month of July and other workers have stayed and worked until closing. This location is eventually going to start losing business because they dont stay open to the time that they are suppose to. Fridays and Saturdays they are suppose to stay open until 11pm they close at 930. What is the sense of having a closing time when they close when they want to. Which means loss of business for...
