Manager doesn’t understand that the customer is always right! I always get my coffee without sugar. This time I ordered a latte and for the first time with almond milk. I did not like the taste of it at all! The almond milk was sweetened! So I asked the manager if I can exchange it for another one without almond milk. In my experience in all the coffee shops and supermarkets the responses I received was always “sure sir, no problem” and sometimes even “sorry for your experience”. His response was “that’s not my problem, that’s yours since you ordered like that”. I was shocked! Can you believe that! Who put this guy in charge of dealing with customers! No skills whatsoever! A very small, unfortunate location inside a Key Food supermarket. When you enter the supermarket, you pass the Dunkin on your immediate right before you even notice its existence. I ordered on the app, converting points. Approached the parking lot window, under a canopy. The employee looked at me suspiciously when I said I ordered in the app. He said, “Water?” I said no, I ordered on the app. He asked my name. Located inside the grocery store. There are 2 ways to order from this local DD. You can NOT sit anywhere and enjoy coffee. You can wait about 15 min during the AM rush online. There is an Awning to shade you from the rain. Otherwise you have to go into the grocery store and be interrupted by people entering the store.
