Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I've been going here for 20 years and in the past 5-8 years they've been getting worse and worse. They always forgetting items and I only order on the dunkin app so how can you forget the items in the order if its laid out to you in black and white type??? You ask for alterations like light ice and get charged a dollar extra yet they still put the regular tons of ice .. you call the 800# and the franchise owner suppose to call you & doesn't.. he even there working and doesn't put all the items in your order a next week! I should be refunded half my order for their incompetence and me having to remind them of what's missing in my order like I'm a worker there!

Pic below suppose to be caramel crazed iced signature latte WITH whipped cream.. there's no whipped cream.. and its not hot here it's 25°F real feel sooooo .. yea they aren't doing...

LITERALLY TRIED TO TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE NO PRODUCT!!! Showed my mobile receipt with ALL DETAILS, and their untrained team kept saying they won't give me my drink because they don't have a receipt on their side. I made a whole issue, and ALL OF A SUDDEN my drink has a receipt on their end and they can make it.

Train your staff on how to read receipts so customers aren't met with "that's not our store" (even though the address is there), "that's from a different day" (time stamp is there 🙄), "it isn't paid for" (it LITERALLY says the charge on the card) or "we don't know your order so we can't make it" (ALSO on the mobile receipt). Cause the only reason Dunkin is in business is convenience, the coffee ain't nothing special. Don't shoot yourself in the foot but not delivering on the ONE thing that keeps...

Their coffee is their strength. Their regular coffee can be weak for those who prefer strong coffee, so make sure you try out their wide range of options on their hot and cold coffee menu. One of my favorite iced coffee options is the Machiatto (Carmel flavored) with whip cream on top, this one has been my main treat! On the food side I love their wraps and while the quality of donuts can vary depending on the store, overall the glazed-donut is my favorite donut. Staffs are usually well trained and know how to serve up coffee perfectly and to your specifications. This here is a premiere coffee spot, I prefer them over Starbucks.
