If I could give this Dunkin' Donuts zero stars, I would. What a complete letdown! The visit started off rocky when I walked in and was greeted not with the aroma of fresh coffee, but a faint smell of cleaning chemicals mixed with stale doughnuts. I suppose that should have been my cue to leave, but against better judgment, I stayed.
Ordering was no picnic. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. When I finally got their attention, I ordered a simple glazed donut and a medium coffee—how could they mess that up, right? Oh, but they did. The donut tasted like it had been sitting out since the previous century, more suitable as a hockey puck than breakfast. And the coffee? Lukewarm, resembling murky dishwater both in appearance and taste.
The store itself seemed to be competing with the food for what could be more disappointing. Tables were dirty; napkin dispensers empty; and the floor, a treacherous landscape of sticky spots and crumpled napkins. It was clear that tidiness was not a priority here.
Honestly, if you're craving coffee and donuts, just keep driving. Anywhere else would be better than the sad excuse for a Dunkin' Donuts I unfortunately...

I'm a regular customer of this location the first time I had a bad experience because of the person who was taking the order. I wanted to use my app to get a 3 dollars medium coffee and he wanted me to pay $5 and change. he couldn't even explain why the problem was with their system and he wanted me to call the company which there is no such thing as you need to call the company so because of his bad experience I told him I wanted to use my point and get my drink he still wants me to pay money the same problem he keeps telling me to call the company or pay for my drink but when he scans my point system took 900 points and asking him to return my point to my account he keeps telling me to call the company. they should hire people with experience and how to solve problems with their customers otherwise with these workers they are going be lose customers. This is my last time purchasing from this Dunkin I'll be never back again and I'll be telling all my friends and family members about the bad experience that I have here....

Got 2 coffees the girl was making them and stopped to help someone else while we stood there waiting for our coffee. We said thank you! no your welcome ! I asked for more milk and got an attitude. The ceiling tiles were brown and stained from leaking water. The floors garbage everywhere. The back counter dirty. I got a doughnut it was stale and disgusting threw it out. The board of health should be ashamed for giving this store an A ? Go back and take a good look!!
To the owner. You need people who serve people with a smile because after all without us you would not have a business. And your store needs a complete clean up! Fix those ceiling tiles. Where are your employees gloves!! Clean those tables and back counter and walls. Bad...
