The owner's name is Lou and he's a very nice guy. Extremely understanding and really smart. The place is also nice and has a good collection of merchandise at decent prices. What I like most about Lou is that I had an issue with my insurance and he made everything so simple. All in all it took about a week to get everything sorted out.
