Park Bagels — Restaurant in New York

It blows my mind how places like this stay in business . They do whatever they want, had to order through a website because they don’t answer the phone then when I got there they didn’t make the order didn’t see it at all and actually had the nerve to say it wasn’t paid. I literally have proof of payment on my bank account and he still charged me. Had to go through the headache of calling the website to get a refund meanwhile they didn’t answer the phone or even see the order through online to begin with. Horrible workers. Also every time I go they have a different price for everything. It’s always something so...

Originally 1 🌟 because they messed up my order and didn't answer the phone or respond to emails or DMs on social media..

I had to drive ALL the way back to speak to someone. Which is annoying.

Lucky for them my kids love their bagels-- and they GLADLY corrected my order with a replacement of the correct order.

So 5 🌟 for awesome friendly customer service... when you can finally get a hold of someone!!

Fluffy, chewy and fresh. As a bagel spot for a great bagel... you can't go wrong with these guys. Just check your order before leaving instead of waiting till you got home...

My husband and I have been coming here since tasty bagels closed down. We ordered us 2 cream cheese and jelly bagels. We noticed they don’t make the bagels like they used to. Lately every time we order wether it be cream cheese and jelly or egg and cheese bagels there is barely anything on it. For what they charge it is not worth getting them here. We paid $14 for 2 cream cheese/jelly bagels and 2 Celsius. On top of the fact that the bagel was dry with barely anything on it the jelly also seemed watered down. Just really disappointed as there are few and far bagel stores left...
