This is specifically for Dunkin’ Donuts terminal B post security. The absolute worst experience of my life. If you are not looking to do a kiosk order (which was the only option available - they were not accepting mobile orders at this time) then you will be waiting until there is NO LINE behind you. I had to do this today and still they didn’t take my order. They stood long enough to have conversations with each other whilst not working and customers waiting for their donuts and drinks. The guy mopped the floor then made a sandwich with the same gloves, the girl makes the coffee she likes, hence the customers refuse the product and she must make another coffee again, this should be done from the beginning, what she does is a loss of money for the owner.
