Okay so I've been waiting a long time to make this comment, because the store was still new and there wasn't a store in Google yet. Me and my sister came from Germany to stay in New York, December 2022 and the store opened after some time. So we decided to go and order two burgers and a shake. We got the food and went back to our place. And after finishing the food I felt a bit weird but didn't think much about it. We went down for a second burger and after 15 minutes, my state went downhill. I had horrible stomach pain, cramps and was vomiting along with diarrhea. I was so scared, in a place I didn't know, that wasn't my home with this anguishing pain and it only got worse. I got really pale, so we went to the hospital and the story goes on... never in my life did something so disgusting and horrible happen to me. So I don't know what the h* happened, that there are mainly five star reviews but, that was an experience I will never forget and now will fear every place...
Read moreWhat an absolute treat this was. I stumbled upon this place after I dropped my partner off at LaGuardia and asked my sister to look for a place that she wants to eat at.
Conveniently located just 5 mins from the airport terminals, it's an awesome place to stop and get a quick bite. I got their Double Queen Burger and both their truffle and Salt and Vinegar fries (pictured). Their burgers are well seasoned and have a beautiful maillard crust around the patties.
Their fries are just as good. Thin and crispy, shoestring fries are slowly becoming a favorite of mine. They're easy to grab and eat a bunch at once; bundling a few in your fingers and dipping it in their truffle aioli right after a bite of your burger.
The burgers are definitely a bit on the pricier side especially if you get the double. But it is a family run place, it's clean and the food you're getting are cooked to order all the time. I believe it is well worth what...
Read moreHubby and I decided to go and try this new restaurant that opened up in our neighborhood today. We ordered the Queens Chick (Chicken Sandwich), the Burger Queen (Double Cheeseburger), Salt and Vinegar fries and a cookies and cream milkshake. Off the bat the hospitality and service was a 10/10. The ambiance was very welcoming. Loved that they had chairs to sit at a location to hang my purse. The mural on the wall was so beautiful and it was hand painted!!! We waited about 10/15 minutes for our food, presentation was a 10/10. Burger was juicy and very flavorful. The chicken sandwich was soooo good especially with that honey sauce omg. I'm a fan of salt and vinegar chips so when I saw that on the menu i definitely had to try and it did not disappoint!! I was just sitting there enjoying every single bite of my food, bite of sandwich, fries and to top it off the milkshake. Overall 10/10 probably going to be spending all...
