New coat of paint, same old staff as the previous location across the street.
I ordered a coffee with extra ice. I received a drink with light ice. To be polite, to not trouble the staff - I asked Provash for a cup of ice in a large cup.
Provash goes to the register to charge me. I pointed out that my drink was made wrong and instead of remaking it, I'll just add my medium drink to a large cup filled with ice. I stated I don't want them to just dump my coffee and add ice because it'll alter the taste and that's not what I'm looking for.
Provash still wants to charge me for ice. Provash made it sound like he won't give ME a large cup of ice for free but will instead transfer my medium iced coffee to a large cup of ice himself so I gave him my cup.
Provash proceeds to do EXACTLY what I asked him NOT to do - which is dump my medium iced coffee in the sink to make room. At this point I asked for a remake. He was still combative.
Finally a lady stepped in and made a remake properly. Provash's last words to me were "NO FREE ICE HERE, NEXT CUSTOMER". No apologies for the interaction or making my drink wrong in the first place.
Thanks Provash. In making sure Dunkin gets the extra 50 cents or whatever for a cup of ice, in the process you cost Dunkin $4 in opportunity cost by having to remake anyways.
Mind you - this is not the first negative interaction I've had with Provash. That's a story for a different day.

They proceed to tell you how it’s originally made as if that’s the only way it should be made. I understand how it’s originally made but with all respect I can also ask to make modifications without out being confronted about it. I ordered small hot chocolate. Two raseberry doughnuts to go. Several minutes were..no nit blueberry. I ordered two for a friend.
Hot choc no lid....no kids out. Charged but was given one blueberry...what I repeated No Blueberry.
Cashier grabbed my debit card..went elsewhere...so daily watching charges on account.
