Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

IM GIVING THIS LOCATION 1 STARS because theres no option to give 0. I've been coming to this location almost 20yrs, there's a manager there with short gray hair, she is beyond rude, unpersonable, disrespectful & terrible with customers/customer service, on top of it many frozen drinks I get/coffees aren't at all consistent as well as taste SOUR. no suprise the drinks taste as sour just like the managers attitude. the owner of this franchise needs to be made aware of how she's running his or her hard work into the ground, it's a very poor reflection on the store acting as unprofessional as she has to customers, I get dunkin almost 5x a week & to feel so uncomfortable that I haven't gone there in 4 days speaks volumes as a very loyal customer to this specific location on burbank ave in s.i.n.y, the manager that this owner had at this location prior to the one there now, never once had a problem, she made us feel welcome, knew us by name/order & made us feel as though our business was valued, this new manager DOES NOT!! I escalated this complaint to customer service & am waiting for a call back from the owner, which will determine if I update my review & give more then 0 stars. I recommend customers go to a different location, dunkin isn't cheap & as a customer I expect the bare minimum of respect, such as if I say thank you, have a good day, to be met with an iota of respect rather then...

The employees here are just awful.

My grandmother and daughter said the employees were very rude to them after they received the wrong order. They demanded that they pay again to make the correct drink, but they walked out with the drink anyway, not wanting to pay again.

I’ve never had to deal with this at any Dunkin or cafe and once i came in and gave them a piece of my mind they gave my daughter the milkshake she wanted. One worker did start talking back and complained about my fourteen year old but he was very rude. I hope this will be fixed.

And even after all this the milkshake wasn’t even properly mixed but I gave up. We are never coming...

Best dunkin on the island... You may ask yourself why if they are all the same? I'll tell you why. Customer service! they got it down to a science. My order was messed up I was given a hassle free experience with a brand new fresh order.they nvr gave me that judging look thinking I was tryna get one over on them. plus they said they gave me a donut for free to make up for the mistake when I opened the bag there was 3 donuts now that is what I call above and beyond service. This establishment can have my money any day...
