I just wanna start off by saying, My family and I have been ordering from this pronto for years now sometimes we even order more than once a week.I live in a two family house so sometimes the side door orders, sometimes the front door orders, but it is under the same account and we leave the instructions of what door to knock at. The way the manager at this location handles things is absolutely atrocious. Like I said earlier, we are very good customers. we've had issues where the sauce and cheese is all over the box. We've had issues where they forgot certain items, but nothing tops what occurred last night. So yesterday I placed an order for two pies and an order of fries for the front door residence,now I was not home when the delivery driver called me. I instructed him to ring the front door that was around 640 at 7:30. and this is not anything out of the ordinary, because they always ask which residence is getting the pizza today. I get a phone call from the upstairs residence asking where their pizza was so now I thought it was a joke because I instructed the delivery driver to ring the front door over 30 mins ago. To my surprise, I was told the pizza was left on the steps without the doorbell being rung, This pizza has been sitting outside in the rain for over 35 minutes. When I called the pizzeria, they tell me the driver did ring the doorbell, but he was instructed to leave it at the steps, if no answer WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE WHO WOULD TELL THEM TO DO THAT WHEN ITS RAINING!!!! So now I go back on my ring camera, and I see the kid climb up some stairs and place it he didn't even get to the top. So now the manager gets on the phone, screaming and yelling that he is not replacing the pies or giving a refund when his staff member made a mistake and I even told him I have the footage that shows he only walked up three of my steps and left the pizza. They do not know how to run a business, and they should be so ashamed of themselves because we will no longer be ordering from them. The owners should be aware of how their management is so rude and they don't rectify problems that could've been avoided. I've had other run-ins with this manager, like when the pizza sauce and cheese was all over the side of the box. He turned around and asked me why I ordered twice in one day. Like is he a moron? He's complaining that I'm giving him business more than once and what did that have to do with the fact that the sauce and cheese was all over the box? Read moreI will never order from this place again. I just ordered $44 worth of food. They don't pay attention when you specifically ask for things. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and asked for no dressing on it and to have 2 small cups of dressing on the side instead. They only sent me one that was less than half way filled with dressing so now I don't have enough for my large salad. I also ordered a kids spaghetti with butter and a shrimp parmagiana entree with spaghetti. BOTH spaghetti dishes are disgustingly mushy and are not edible. I called and asked for the extra dressing which they said they would send and then I called back when I realized the pasta was not good. I asked for the money back for the kids pasta and the side of pasta for the entree since it is not being eaten and im sending it back with the delivery driver when he comes. The manager said he can give me the $6 for the kids pasta but cannot refund me anything from the entree since its an entree that costs $16.95. So stupid! Am I not paying for the pasta portion of the entree? I have ordered from them so much and I cant believe this is how they deal with customer complaints....
Read moreI ate there today I had a chicken roll and bottle soda and it came out to 11.62 first of all u would think for that price they would give u a cup of sauce to go with but they don’t it another .54 cents so now we over 12 dollars. Second this is the smallest chicken roll I’ve seen in my life each half is about 2 bites and it seems like they weren’t made fresh they were frozen and recooked also it was still cold middle. Unfortunately I didn’t have time complain and also I saw the Attitude of workers and saw it lost cause. My point is just not worth it I’ve eaten here before it’s been better but now it seems that they are taking advantage of customers. I have never been a regular customer here there are better places on new dorp unfortunately I just didn’t have time to go there. I get that everything went up but I don’t see how u can serve something that u made smaller raised the price charge for something that should come with it and serve something that wasn’t heated correctly because it was precooked.
