A very good bubble tea spot! It's spatious, clean, and welcoming. It has a restroom, plenty of seating space and free Wi-Fi. The menu has a lot of variety, from ordinary tea, milk tea, slushies and so on. The flavor is excellent, as they use syrup where possible instead of dry powder, which is a huge plus. I also found customization of the amount of sugar, ice, and toppings rather welcome, as I personally prefer my tea less sweet, but you may go all the way to decadent-sweet, should you so choose. Make sure to ask for the stamp card while there, so after 10 visits you get your free coveted tea drink. The only two tiny drawbacks that I personally don't mind at all are: 1) it does take a while for your order to be ready, especially during the busy times, so make sure to feed that parking meter, as it likely won't be a 5-minute in and out; and 2) the price is a little bit higher than in some other bubble tea places I know of, but the quality and flavor are really worth it. The tapioca pearls are always fresh and chewy, and the drinks are perfectly balanced—not too sweet, unless you customize them that way! I appreciate that they let you adjust the sugar and ice levels to suit your preference. My personal favorites are the Signature Milk Tea and the Passionfruit QQ, but I’m always excited to try something new from their menu.

Have been here before but not for a year. I decided to try on an app ‘Too good to go’- 2 drinks for $5 but you have to buy ahead of time and pickup like 30 mins before closing. Supposedly items that would have been tossed. Got there at 8:30, girl was making drinks- no choice of flavors or anything- passion fruit jelly tea and mango ‘pudding’ tea. The flavors were both too strong, the mango pudding was spooned and dumped in bottom of drink- no flavor and same for passion fruit tea- some type of jello- flavorless dumped in bottom of drink. On top of all one drink was to go to daughter- who is allergic to tropical fruits- so both went in garbage and I had to pay $6 for a bubble tea drink for her- so it was a...
