Hi, honest (and super critical) reviewer here! Iāve been anticipating going to this place in a long time even though my family came here first before meā This place is a hot pot place and no, itās not all you can eat but the prices are reasonable and worth it even though Iām used to having hotpot with AYCE prices! Iāll tell you why!
Pros: Everything is fresh! From the chicken, to their vegetables, to their various meats and seafoodā this is the freshest you can get for hot pot, the quality doesnāt disappoint! All of the red meat and chicken are very tender! Easy to eat! The broth is amazing compared to other hotpot places! Since their ingredients are way more fresh, and ALWAYS fresh, there is less more of that bacterial gunk that you find in artificial hotpot broths that other hot pot restaurants typically have! Although the donāt have many staff members, they are extremely attentive to your needs including their manager! They will gladly refill your hotpot broth any time and make sure to give you napkins without you asking! The broth only takes 6 minutes to boil up! (according to a waitress) Very sanitary! Baby and kid friendly environment, I saw two babies with suitable high chairs so this is a ādonāt worryā for parents! Also wheel chair friendly! Creative drinks and alcohol are great! Cons: Since their specialty is hotpot, they are a little off in the appetizer section, itās mostly fried food (and small portions) but they are okay so if you have picky eaters in the family that arenāt open to trying hotpot, itās not bad. But nevertheless, overall rating is still 5 stars! Other comments: [ ] For a new hot pot place, they pretty munched topped in quality and service than other hot...

Not only were their soup base selection delicious, but their pay-per-dish ingredients were all incredibly fresh and tasty! Jason took really good care of my family and even helped me secure a piece of cake to celebrate my wife's birthday. They constantly checked-in with us to make sure we had everything that we needed and helped us refill our broth whenever it was getting low. For 6 people, our meal ended up around 200+, which is basically the same as eating at some AYCE hotpot restaurants. However, the ingredients were definitely fresher and we were all stuffed by the end of it! Overall, the price you pay will obviously be dependent on what you order, but I guarantee you that the freshness of their ingredients will definitely stand out when you compare it to some other AYCE hotpot restaurants. This restaurant definitely values its fresh quality ingredients.
Please give them a try and I'm sure Jason will take great care of you when you!
By the way, you must try their coconut milk infused dragon fruit drink, it was delicious!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Iāve been a regular customer at this restaurant, but after this experience, I donāt see myself coming back. I spent $35 on a portion of Mala Xiang Guo, which definitely needs rice to go with it. My wife and I were sharing, but we only got one portion of rice. When I went inside to ask about getting another, the staff gave me vague and confusing responses, leaving me unsure whether I could get a portion or not. In the end, I had to be the one to ask if I could pay for extra rice? Why made it so complicated?
For the price, the portion was underwhelming, and the experience was frustrating. As someone who has been here many times, I expected better. To make things worse, the Mala Xiang Guo from the restaurant across the street is better tasting, with bigger portions, and much better service. Save yourself the trouble and just go...
