Today, August 5th around 11:00 am, I had gone through the drive thru to order my food. I ordered Lattes, A grilled cheese on a croissant and hash. When I got to the window I paid almost $22.00 for my order. And of course I check my order to make sure that it is correct before I drive off. Unfortunately, the person who took my order did not hear that I requested my grilled cheese on a croissant. So I kindly asked if they can fix my order. The Woman Who had taken my order simply looked confused and asked the young lady who was prepping food if she can put the grilled cheese on a croissant. And the young lady who was prepping the food started yelling while the drive thru window was open, being very agitated and rude and cursing about making a simple grilled cheese on a croissant. I had mentioned to the young lady at the window that I can hear her screaming and why is she screaming about my order? The young lady who was at the window, who was tan, braids, hat and a nose ring, slim, she laughed and closed the window on me. So I drove to the front of the store, as I walked in, the young lady who was prepping, small dark-skinned, short, heavy set, with black hair and a black hat shouted, "I DON'T CARE WHAT SHE HAS TO SAY!" while the other young lady was telling her to "shhh" because I was there. All I did was simply say, "I had originally ordered a grilled cheese and this wasn't supposed to be an inconvenience to you. I ordered it through the drive thru and this was not to make you upset." The young lady's response to me was, "I HAD ALREADY MADE THE GRILLED CHEESE!" Not once she Apologized about how rude she was being towards me and how she reacted. She then scolded me as if I were the one wrong! I did not give the young lady attitude back. I was being kind as I would like someone to be towards me. I'm not sure why she acted the way she did. Unfortunately I've always come here and had great experiences and always had my food correct, but today, still, she didn't even give me the correct grilled cheese croissant I asked for. She only gave me toasted croissant and the cheese was frozen inside. And my lattes didn't have expresso. It only had milk. I had to throw away my food. I am really disappointed because this was the only place I always had great service and great food and today the young lady's gave Me the opposite. Very disappointing.
