Staff sometimes feel lost and at times unwilling to please customers. Example, I ordered a sundae and was told they only serve ice cream and nothing more cause there were no toppings, then I had to remind the staff how they do carry and provide whipcream and caramel or chocolate syrup toppings for their coffee drinks, and how I was ok with them using that to make my sundae, had to repeat this several times as the employee continued to ask me if I was sure, as tho sundaes don't have whip cream nor syrup. Sometimes they don't know who ordered what, as in they don't know if the order they just prepared is Uber, online or ordered in person. Sometimes they close before they are scheduled to. They text on their phones and argue with each other about orders. When I asked for an item to be removed she didn’t do it and got I got charged for it. Her coworker gave me COLD food.
