Bad service. Very disappointed because I was hoping to try a new salon and actually like it. I had to wait a long time despite having an appointment. I got in the chair 2 hours later. Stylist was talking and left to tend to another client while she left my hair with half relaxer for almost 15 minutes!! She showed no concern if it was it itching or burning . I was so scared half of my hair will fall out because you are not supposed to leave relaxer in for that long. But she was too busy to care.

On top of that I was overcharged despite bringing in my own relaxer that I bought and paid for. So $65 is crazy. I usually pay $40-50 at other salons. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I ALREADY BOUGHT MY OWN RELAXER. I honestly want my money back. I don’t plan to do any future services here. That was my first and last time. Im so upset , this literally ruined my day. My hair came out decent but the damage to it is DONE. On top of her leaving me under a very hot dryer for an hour while she was with other clients, I know all the heat must’ve done even more damage to my hair. She eveb turned it on higher after 30 mins. It was just not a pleasant or welcoming experience for me.

Let me just … ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ !! Listen , I don’t have any experience bleaching and dying and doing highlights to my hair and this is the first salon I go to to take that risk . Let me tell y’all the lady did a great job. The dedication, the patience and the perseverance this Woman had for my hair is just whewww. Mind you I don’t have regular soft straight here , I’m a curly headed frizzy girl but the lady at the salon did her thang okayyy. Personally I suggest going early in the AM to do your hair here because since they take their time I’m telling you they take their time but it is all worth it in the end. Prices are soooo like not expensive. This is my first salon experience ever and I’ll be coming back. They slayed my tips , my highlights and straightened my hair all for less than $100.cmon now.
