I wish I could give negative stars. I stopped at this location on my way to a meeting. I ordered an iced medium oat milk latte— I am allergic to dairy and was pleasantly surprised to see this location offered oat milk. What I received was a large cocoa latte with oatmilk and whipped cream.... The first issue is that they got my order blatantly wrong after I repeated it multiple times. However, the more pressing issue is the fact that they proceeded to put whipped cream on my drink without asking AND after I had ordered a dairy replacement. Who puts whipped cream on the drink of someone who ordered oat milk???? No regard whatsoever for allergies. I said this isn’t what I ordered and the girl said “yes it is.” I would have stayed and argued for the correct drink except the slow service had already made me late for my meeting. I don’t understand the absolute lack of common sense at this Dunkin location but a manager should do something about this. If an employee at a food establishment does not respect customers allergies, one day they may really put someone...
Read moreThey could have earned more stars for product and presentation if they ever got my order right. I live right around the corner and need my coffee every morning and every morning my order is wrong. Sometimes it’s no sugars, sometimes they put regular sugar, sometimes they flavor it wrong, sometimes they charge me twice or charge me for something I didn’t purchase but EVERY TIME it’s something. The staff needs to be coached on effectively listening especially when in the food industry as this could pose a threat to someone with a food allergy.
My advice to the consumer please check your order and your receipt before you leave and don’t allow them to make you feel like you aren’t entitled to your correct order or change as I’ve seen them get quite ugly when they’ve...
Read moreIF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. This is by FAR the worst D&D ever. The girls there mess up my order the whole 3 times I went there. I order my beverage with skim milk. I say it a few times to the cashier. If the cashier doesn't repeat it to the girl actually making it, I say it again. WHY do I see her pouring in WHOLE milk?! I say again and she gives me attitude. Then when she "changes" it to skim milk I can't see anything--she hid all 3 times I was there so I couldn't see what she was doing. I asked for a refund. She speaks whatever language to her father/manager as if I did something wrong and told himn what HIS employee/daughter did. They need employees there that actually LISTEN to the customer and sympathize when correcting orders instead of...
