Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I had such a negative experience at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts today. Every day I go to Dunkin’ Donuts, I do an order for a pick up. This was the first time that I went and did an order for pick up and the people did not make my drink according to the Dunkin app. I explained to the guy and showed him the picture of the drink that I ordered from the Dunkin app and he told me that I had to pay extra for it to look how it is displayed on the photo. So I informed him that that is called for advertisement and he told me that there’s nothing he can do about it that I need to come and speak to his manager in the morning. Then he was getting nasty so I took photos of him. He kept my receipt did not give me a drink and only gave me my donuts and charge me $11 for two strawberry donuts with sprinkles. I am completely taken back by my experience here because I don’t know if it’s some type of racism, but it is truly unacceptable.

I went back the next morning and spoke with the manager Sona. She said the same thing as the employee that they do not honor what the description is on the app. That their Dunkin’ Donuts has their own rules and regulations. If I’m being quite honest, they do not need to be on the Dunkin app if they’re not going to honor the franchises, drink drinks and protocols. In my opinion, there’s just a lot of prejudice and racism going on over here. She ended up making my drink as it was supposed to be so I’m happy about that other than that. This Dunkin is a great location. Conveniently located on Bay St in between Stapleton and Tompkinsville Train stations. If you had to take the bus to this specific Dunkin location the s51, s76 & s74 buses travel to/past this location. The Wi-Fi ALWAYS works at this specific location, and they have great munchkins and donuts which sell fairly quickly due to locations activity so they're made more often meaning more times then not they are fresh. LOVE the Bavarian Cream, Boston Cream, Apple Crunch, and Vanilla Frosted with Sprikles donuts. Try those with some glazed munchkins and a large Vanilla Bean or Mocha flavored coffee coolada!! Yum! Now that's the start to a great day. If you feel just donuts isn't okay they usually have bacon, ham, or sausage eggs and cheeses on either bagels or croissants 2 for $5. My mom went two minutes ago and to she asked to talk to manager and try to order something this dunkin this Bay Street location and the front one girl-working on 11.30am Wednesday and this girl was today behave and talking very rude and she talking nonsense talk with my mom. And customer service is very worst and not good. I am not recommended anyone to go to this dunkin ( Bay Street location). We never come again to buy donuts and not visited this dunkin again.
