Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

It was first and last time I would visit this place. We asked for avocado toast with bacon, and Boston cream. They where out of any doughnuts and it took almost 15 minutes to make the toast. The person who was making the toast, was washing the floor when he has called to prepare my order. He never washed his hands. When I picked up my order, it was some artificial something on my avocado toast. I went back and asked him what is it? He said, they ate kosher and the bacon is made from vegetables Blah. Nobody told us about kosher vegan bacon, otherwise I wouldn't order it. The offer to change order, this time they give us twice smaller toasts, like the end of the bread. My daughter was hungry and we were running late, so, I didn't argue. My 8 year old asked me to give them 0 star. If you are Kosher, where is your Rabay checking quality of what you serve....

The most disgusting service I've ever received at a Dunkin donuts. The staff are extremely rude and have terrible behavior. I walked in and ordered a bagel, donut, and a couple orders of hash browns. When I received the order I asked if I could have about 6 or 7 packets of ketchup. I was then told to wait for approval from the manager (which is insane). The manager came and told me that I was asking for to much and only handed me 3 packets and afterwards began laughing with the staff about it. Terrible customer service and disgusting management. I don't recommend this Dunkin donuts to anyone unless you want have the most annoying and frustrating experience...

I've never come in here for food, so I have no complaints about the establishment being Kosher, though I can understand how that might be an issue for some.

For starters, make sure you have your order clear ahead of time, and check the order before you leave. Staff can get tripped up by large multi-item orders, especially if they're all on the same receipt. I've found it's better if you place one order at a time and pay for each before moving on to the next (though it isn't a silver bullet).

Coffee here is made pretty lightly, so always expect a bit more milk and sugar than you...
