This morning at 7:14 AM, I placed a mobile order at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 6120 Fresh Meadow Lane. Upon my arrival five minutes later, I found my order ticket unattended on the counter. When I informed the employee at the front counter that I was there to pick up my order, she acknowledged it but then proceeded to kneel on the counter to clean a wall, leaving my order unfulfilled. Another customer entered, and she shifted her focus to take his order, preparing it while my order continued to sit idle. After waiting ten minutes, I expressed my frustration, as I needed to take my son to work. This incident actually made him late. It took an additional five minutes for her to finally prepare my coffees, despite the presence of three other employees who were not attending to my order and with no one in the drive-thru. This experience raises questions about the service I received, particularly as I am a woman of color, and it left me feeling disrespected and disappointed. I frequent this establishment and have always been polite, yet this incident forced me to react in a way that is not typical for me. Read moreI come to this location almost everyday during the work week. I work nights and I like to stop in for a milkshake on my way home. There is a perticular employee who works the evenings monday-thursday who is absolutely amazing, orders always right, milkshake is never watered down or too thick, and she is very friendly and works quickly. The problem is on Friday and Saturday nights, the other employees seem to always not have the ice cream I want, or the machines not working, milkshake have way too much milk and most of the time won't take your order through the intercom. After sitting at the intercom for a while they tell you to come to the window, just slowing down the process. Like others have mentioned, some of the drive through staff don't even give napkins unless you ask. After working a long shift all I simply wanted a milkshake night cap and to get home quickly. Read moreRude and disgusting workers. They verbally harassed me because I asked for a replacement drink because the drink they had given me was SPOILED!! Their harassment involved lots of name calling and mockery. I had ordered a latte and the milk was sour and clumping. It’s quite obvious when milk has gone bad because of the smell, taste and texture. When I showed them, they said that it was “normal”. They denied a refund. They said I could get a replacement drink but refused to give me a genus for over ten minutes. I was tired of arguing and decided to instead get a refresher because I didn’t want to waste the 6 dollars I spent. The ignorant worker and manager then began mocking me saying they thought I “didn’t like sour things”, and the refresher was “sour.” They kept asking whether or not I would like it because it was sour and I was dissatisfied with the sour spoiled milk they had given me.
