Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I'm a regular here and it's always a pleasant experience. It's one of two locations that I frequent most and since I'm traveling throughout the day and night depending on the day of Week I know I can depend on them to be open and prepared to serve! Every one of the employees are friendly, kind and considerate working quickly and efficiently in a timely fashion* plus side*it's always nice to be greeted by a smiling face ..a hard working employee who actually puts effort into the job aiming to please the customer not always the case at Other locations or in general . My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. I eat Dunkin' Donuts everyday I guess you can say I run on Dunkin but this location is terrible every time I specifically order something it's wrong I come here so much I can basically make the drinks and sandwiches myself and every time I come they change it up and say they don't have this or don't do that it's very sad when you enjoy a product and can't get the service you deserve especially cuz I'm there everyday I've probably been to every Dunkin' Donuts in about a hundred miles around me and they're never consistent I wish I worked for corporate so I could just fire people as they make my drink wrong after requesting and paying for extras and add-ons this is terrible I'm about to start going to Starbucks because Duncan sucks their corporate socks that franchises suck the only things I like there are there cappuccino and macchiato and Latte the regular coffee is sewage water they don't clean their machines very gross inside and should be closed down specially because they share with...

I come to this locations drive thru almost every morning on my way to work and they know me by first name ..it can be a busy drive thru but mostly moves very quickly, they always make my coffee on point, the food can sometimes use a little more tender loving but I’m always very vocal when my food isn’t made right or cooked right and it’s always fixed and never done again. It’s always a pleasant experience and great way to start my morning !! And they always have the best...
