This Dunkin Donuts location posts incorrect operating hours. The posted closing time within this Google profile is 10PM, which matches the closing time on the Dunkin Donuts app. The specific issue that I experienced was on the Dunkin Donuts app. We placed an order around 9PM for pickup at 9:15. We arrived at 9:15 and were told that they close at 9PM. The doors were locked and when we knocked on the door, were told that they cannot issue us a refund because they already closed out the register. They suggested that I come back the following day for a refund, which would be a major inconvenience for me. I ultimately received a refund directly through the Dunkin Donuts app. I will not be returning to this location and just wanted to make others aware of this deceptive business practice. The server was very polite and pleasant. What I received was not what I had ordered. I asked for iced coffee very light with milk, caramel, and no sugar. I received iced coffee a little darker than what I prefer, with a trace of caramel, and obviously very watery coffee with milk which did not taste good. I was on my way to work for another 12-hour day and didn't have time to go back. Could it have been miscommunication between the server and the actual preparer of the beverage? I was not happy. The Woodrow location catches a lot of underserved grief from people who complain about having to wait for their coffee/food.
