Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I felt racially profiled with my 2 young children. We sat inside. We ordered ice cream. Coffee. Hash browns. Well over $35 worth of stuff. Even stuff to go! We sat there for about half hour probably longer. My kids laughed. Danced. Ate ice cream. During this time I witnessed several people who were not of color get the bathroom key return it and go. We were sitting right in front of the bathroom! My son asked for the key and I stood up to see what was going on. So I asked as well the 2 employees laughed spoke in a different language and said the bathroom was out of order. Someone had just returned the key! I said I sat here for over half hour with my children and watched you give the key out again they denied us the bathroom. This is not our first time here and the bathroom always has an out of order sign and not one employee had gone into that bathroom once to claim it was out of order. The sign was there the entire time they gave everyone who was not of color the bathroom key. I feel terrible when we walked out and my children were almost in tears having to use the bathroom and I had to explain to them how cruel and mean people can be. I will never go here again and tell everyone I know not to bother. We deserved to use the bathroom just like everyone else did. This happened between the hours of about 2:28pm- 3:30ish on April 9, 2022 at the 11320 Beach Channel Dr, Queens, NY 11694 location. Extremely disappointing. We were clean, kind, and paying customers. The manager in this location is very much rude , I went in for an iced coffee and he made it while he was making my iced coffee I asked him to to put on a mask and he then ignored me , after he ignored me he proceeded to cough over my drink , when he came to the register to give it to me I told him I would like someone else with a mask on to make my drink over and he caught an attitude and walked away from the register I then waited another ten minutes for someone to come to the register and it was this poor girl who was working the entire drive thru by herself while he was standing in the corner on his phone . She did her best to make my drink as fast as she could . I decided that I wanted to put in a complaint but when I asked the manager for his name he was very rude and told me to leave the store . Someone else from the back came and told me his name and he then started yelling at them I assume in his language . I will never be coming back to this location again for the simple fact that this manager made me feel very uncomfortable and had horrible...

Not all Dunkin' donuts are created equal this place was this place was kinda large I was surprised nice size sitting area but the place was empty Service was friendly fast and quick I was the only one in there Lol but I had the pumpkin call brew large I had 2 nights ago in a different Location and I experienced this before one place makes it better than the other there's no set way or instructions for these employees how to make each and every Drink the same if you went to multiple places So I am only giving them 2 stars 1 for the hospitality of the employees and 1 for the openness cleanliness spacious sitting area Even though there was no one in there I said that to Him this place...
