Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

It closes at 10PM every night and tonight I visit the drive thru again at 9PM.(store entrances closes earlier). The young male behind counter watched us pull by front window into drive thru. Waited by intercom while shouting hello a few times and never greeted us, where I then drove upto window while he is laughing at us and talking to female coworker while he is holding his cellphone. Waited a few minutes while he is still laughing with co-worker and totally ignoring us. I then beeped my horn to let him know I want service. He then opens window and stares at us saying nothing and I replied "The intercom seems not to be working". The male employee then states to coworker "Oh it's off". Then he tells me "Oh we are closed" I replied You sure you are closed" and replied "Yes". That's when I drove off and I'm never giving this location my business again. Nick(owner) your employee must think your business is a joke and waste customer's time during this pandemic and I'm sure there are 2 other hard working people out there that would love to have that $15.00 a hour position. Other first responding employees at our hospital have complained about your night staff,Goodluck with your employees who treat your customers as a Joke. Your loss...

Disgusting. Found a rotten piece of something mixed in with my kids’ hash browns. Returned it just to get mocked implying I put it there myself. Rude staff! I was bringing it to their attention what I found so they don’t get sued for food poisoning and I was mocked I didn’t even ask for a refund I was bringing it to their attention oh and then asked if my kids wanted to buy a doughnut UM NO what one of the ones that got dropped on the floor?? I will be following through with health inspectors to make sure this place is PUT in its place. Disgusting staff who throw rotten things in your food if you’re not their color. Don’t go here if your Mexican or Spanish! You’ll probably get your food spat on or like me have rotten pieces of garbage throw in with your hash browns....

I went there 2 days in a row and the workers there were rude and did not even greet me even when I walked in and said good morning. When it was my turn, the guy told my kid "give me that" and took a bottle of chocolate milk for my kids hands and scanned the product and said that's 1.75 and I told him that's not all I wanted and he said "so tell me what our want". I only went back the next morning because my kid wanted more donuts and I was just visiting the area for a few dsys. Never went back since I found another DD a few blocks away and closer to where I was staying.

So there re no confusions, this is the one where there is a home Depot and either a chicken cheese or cicis pizza in that same...
