Most of the staff is friendly, that's why I am not giving it a 1 star. The place is sometimes dirty and also sometimes it's very hot! I had to call DD so they did something about it because the workers can't change the temperature.
I want to also complain about this girl called Naliti or Matali. Something like that. I have gone to this place many times and never had to deal with this person before. She was EXTREMELY rude to me since the very beginning of placing my order to the very end. First, I was standing by the ice cream area and she noticed me but did not come (non of the workers came to me to assist me), then when I called her, she was staring at me and did not want to move, then I asked her to try an ice cream, did not want to. I had to ask again... then when I went to pay, she did not want to put in the gift card that I had, I told her to type it and again she was staring at me. Lastly, I asked for a spoon, she gave me an attitude got the spoon and almost threw it at me! I feel like screaming at her stupid face! I am so tired at this point of people that work in customer service and are rude. If you have a job, it's because of customers like me that buy! If you don't want to work or deal with people, get another job or be homeless! That you have a personal problem doesn't justify that you take it out on customers!
Update: I called the manager and she said she would talk to the employee. Today I went to the store, someone else was serving me and and was being very nice. When the rude girl saw me, they started talking in her native language. Then the girl started to be rude with me! This is it! Not going back and...
Read moreI typically enjoy Dunkin’ for a quick coffee and a place to sit and recharge for a few minutes, but I had a pretty frustrating experience at this location. This particular Dunkin’ has multiple tables and chairs for customers to sit and eat, giving the impression that it’s meant to be a dine-in spot. However, when I asked to use the restroom, I was told there was none available for customer use.
To say I was surprised would be an understatement. In New York City, most food establishments with a decent number of seats are expected to provide restroom access to patrons. This store clearly encourages people to sit and stay—there are several seats, not just a tiny corner table—but apparently, there’s no accommodation for basic needs like using the bathroom.
This becomes even more inconvenient if you have kids, are elderly, pregnant, or simply need to wash your hands before eating. And let’s be real—coffee and no restroom access? That’s a setup for discomfort.
It’s not just about convenience—it’s about common courtesy and customer service. If you’re offering a place for people to sit down and eat, there should be basic facilities available. I would understand if this was a small grab-and-go kiosk or something, but that’s not the case here.
It’s disappointing, especially in a city like New York where walking and commuting are part of everyday life. Sometimes you just need a clean, safe place to take a quick break. Unfortunately, this Dunkin’ misses the mark.
Until they fix this, I’ll be taking my business to locations that actually accommodate their customers beyond just taking...
Read moreLocated near St. John's University, this place is a hot spot. Bump into students, faculty and Doctors and Nurses from Queens Hospital which is down the block. It's about to be "Cuffin Season" so I thought I'd just throw that out there early. Now, let me talk about this place's details. It's not only DD, there's a Baskin Robins onsite. Wow, you're really in luck. Currently they are not allowing indoor dining. They have a very small free parking lot in the rear, otherwise find parking on the street. If you're not in a rush, or lucky enough to meet someone to enjoy some conversation with ;) ....there's a bench in the front and on the side that you can sit down and buy some time. You can order ahead here on your phone which I find very convenient and step inside bypassing the line and head to the mobile pick up area to find your items with your name in them. You just pick up and go. They serve the regular items all DD serve. Baskin Robins as well, and they have cakes. If you visit, tell them I...
